You never think a change is going to end up as dramatic as it is. I had my kitchen cabinets redone recently. The contractor I hired said I wouldn't recognize it when it was done. Wow! was I shocked. It looks completely new, even though I just had the cabinets refaced. It really helps the place.
So far the windows are new, the carpets are changed, I have new appliances. It's really shaping up. What's left? The bathroom. I'm still waiting for the remodeler for that room, but there is progress. I had the bathroom heater replaced so it looks much nicer. All in all, things are going smoothly with my condo.
The only thing, I hope I get a return on all the improvements I'm making.
