ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) -- Two men have been charged in a shooting that left two women dead in an apartment downtown and wounded another man.
According to online court records, 29-year-old Brandon Perry Smith faces counts of aggravated murder and aggravated assault while 31-year-old Paul Ashton was charged with two counts of aggravated murder, one count of attempted murder and aggravated assault.
The Spectrum of St. George reported that police found the bodies of 20-year-old Jerrica Christensen, and 27-year-old Brandie Sue Dawn Jerden in the apartment early Saturday. A Dixie Regional Medical Center said 28-year-old James Fiske was treated for a shoulder wound and released.
Court dockets didn't indicate whether Smith and Ashton had lawyers.
