(KSL News) -- A knock at the door meant a gunshot to the stomach for a West Valley man.
Today police say a known gang member is behind bars, arrested for pulling the trigger.
Salt Lake police say when the 33-year old victim answered his door Sunday afternoon, a gunman fired the shot.
The victim was able to describe the shooter to police and they arrested 23-year old Christopher Archuleta. Archuleta is charged with attempted criminal homicide.
The victim remains in serious condition, but doctors expect him to recover.
