HERRIMAN -- Two carjacking suspects are injured and another is under arrest after a police chase that ended in a crash.
A Draper police officer spotted the three suspects in a car that had been reported stolen near 12600 South and 1300 West and began tailing them. A check of the car's license plate revealed it was linked to a carjacking and robbery in South Gate, Calif. earlier this week.
Officers tried to stop the car at 12600 South and 4000 West. The driver led police on a brief chase which ended when the suspects' car crashed into another vehicle at 12600 South and 6000 West.
Two suspects in the car were injured and taken to a local hospital. The third was arrested. No word on any other injuries.
