(KSL News) -- A pretrial hearing starts today for "Totally Awesome Computers" owner Dell Schanze.
He's charged with reckless driving and threatening with a dangerous weapon in a fight.
Prosecutors say Schanze pulled a gun on his neighbors in May, when they confronted him for speeding down their street. They say he was going at least 50 miles an hour through a residential area.
Schanze says it was an act of self- defense.
The hearing is expected to last all week.
