(KSL News) -- We haven't had a storm in a while, but that’s not stopping several Utah ski resorts from opening up.
The Canyons opened today, and many turned out to hit the slopes. A spokesperson says they are glad to be open on their target date.
Katie Elderidge, Spokesperson, The Canyons: "This was a great start for us. We have brand new snow guns, 18 new snow guns that have helped us deliver a great product."
Solitude is expected to open Monday.
