BOX ELDER COUNTY -- A man died after he crashed his truck into a guardrail and it burst into flames. The accident happened on I-15 around midnight near Willard.

According to troopers, witnesses told them a pickup was speeding on northbound I-15 when it took the 351 exit ramp, ran a stop sign and crossed three lanes of traffic before hitting the guardrail.

When the truck hit the guardrail it vaulted over the rail, rolling once down a hill. The vehicle then caught fire, killing the driver.

The driver has been identified as 42-year-old Randy D. Anderson of Spanish Fork.

The northbound exit ramp was closed for approximately three hours while troopers investigated and cleared the scene.
