BOCA RATON, Fla. (AFX) -- Women and minorities make up a greater part of the Wall Street workforce, but still fall short of the industry's goals, according to a study released Thursday by the Securities Industry Association. Women now make up 44% of the employees at SIA member firms, up 7% from 2003, but still lag the percentage of women in the overall workforce.
