SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The Davis County Health Department is moving to a new location in Clearfield.
The department is currently headquartered in Farmington.
Health department staff will begin moving out of their Farmington offices on Oct. 18. The new facility is 45,000 square feet and is west of the Clearfield City Municipal and Justice Center.
Davis County officials say county residents will still have access to several services during the move. That includes vehicle emissions testing in Kaysville, meals on Wheels deliveries and immunizations at the Bountiful office.
Testing for food handler permits and birth and death certificates will continue to be issued at the Farmington office during the transition.
