(KSL News) Police are searching for three people involved in a carjacking this morning.
According to police, a man stopped at the 7-11 store at 800 S. West Temple. A man with a knife approached him and began assaulting him. Another man and a woman showed up, and at that time the suspect demanded the keys to the car.
The three then took off in the car.
Police are looking for a white Nissan Altima with Utah license plates 601 NPL. They say it has a broken windshield and missing hub caps.
Anyone with information is asked to call Salt Lake City police.
