SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Utah has been given high marks for delivering services online.
Utah was one of only two states to get an "A" in the most recent survey of the Center for Digital Government.
The other state was Michigan.
Utah has consistently ranked high in the surveys and achieved the top ranking two years ago.
The Digital States Survey is said to be the most complete survey of state government use of information technology.
