(KSL News) Washington Terrace officials have condemned a building damaged in a fire earlier this week in Weber County.
People who lived in the 24-unit structure will now have to find new homes.
Of the 71 people displaced, the Red Cross says it's helping about 20 find places to live. The rest have been taken in by friends and family.
There is still no word on a cause.
