SALT LAKE CITY -- Elephants, tigers, llamas and ponies took over the streets of downtown Salt Lake City Wednesday afternoon.
Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus led its annual circus parade down Rio Grande Street, the center of The Gateway mall.
Children lined the streets to get a look at the performers from more than 15 different countries and, of course, to see the elephants, a mainstay of the parade.
The circus opens Wednesday at the EnergySolutions Arena and runs through Sunday. CLICK HERE for more information.
