(KSL News) Police say they've solved the mystery behind of a string of robberies throughout Salt Lake and Davis Counties. As a result, Robby Robinson, Ronald Gonzales, and Dakota Smith are behind bars.

They're supects in at least 16 different robberies. Most were hold-ups at convenience stores. The men are also accused of holding some store clerks against their will.
One robbery was for about 40 dollars, another for $200-thousand. Each faces up to 20 years in prison on each robbery charge.
