SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The University of Utah's business school is announcing some of the ventures that have taken off as a result of a program called The Foundry, a course of study geared for entrepreneurs.

One business started by a student involves the sale of exotic teas. Pat Duke-Rosati runs Redflower.

Nick Frappier runs another company, A Priori, that imports fine foods including organic olive oil, truffles and chocolates.

Adam Kaslikowski founded a catering company called META that offers nutritious and "ethically sourced" meals.

Other student-created businesses involve software and tax and accounting services.
