Deputies say they received a tip earlier this year that Bessinger had something to do with a video production company that made pornographic movies -- some involving children.
"This is one of the most severe cases of child pornography we have seen in recent memory," Cache County sheriff's Lt. Matt Bilodeau said in a news release Friday. "We are very interested in talking with possible victims that may have had contact with Mr. Bessinger."
