(KSL News) A judge's decision will not keep Draper residents from fighting to keep a TRAX route out of their neighborhood.
The group Citizens for Responsible Transportation wants to petition for a voter referendum on the proposed TRAX line.
However a judge ruled the group is opposing a city resolution, not a law, and voters are only entitled to reject actual legislation.
Members of CRT plan to appeal the ruling.
