Those in attendance at Sunday's game stood for a moment of silence before the first pitch in honor of Quinn Falk.

Falk flew Bees banners over the city before and during games. He was preparing to do just that when his plane crashed during takeoff at South Valley Regional Airport in West Jordan Saturday and burst into flames.

Falk died at the scene.

Officials from the FAA and NTSB are investigating the crash, which forced the closure of the airport for a time.

Officials believe mechanical problems caused the plane to go down.
