(KSL News) Mourners packed a church in Park City tonight. They attended a memorial service at St. Lawrence Catholic Church for Aniceto Armendariz, who was shot and killed last night.

Armendariz had been a Deacon at St. Mary's Parish in Park City. He and his wife were returning home from a church-gathering when another car pulled up next them and starting shooting.

Armendariz' death has come as a shock to friends and family.

Victim's Son: "I just want everyone to know how good of a guy he was and was such a good person to everyone."

Two men are in custody. Both of the suspects are illegal immigrants. Their names are not being released until charges are filed. That's expected within the next few days.

Utah Highway Patrol is investigating whether the two suspects knew Armendariz and whether they were at the same church gathering with him.
