(KSL News) Salt Lake City Mayor Rocky Anderson could face an election battle.
According to a KSL-TV Deseret Morning News poll, only 36 percent favor him staying in office.
Mayor Anderson is up for re-election in 2008.
Members of the Salt Lake City Council up for re-election much sooner may face a similar challenge. The same poll shows only 30 percent of residents favor re-electing their City Council representative, and 39 percent want to vote for someone new. 31 percent are undecided.
Four city council members are up for re-election this fall.
