OGDEN -- A fight over hubcaps has landed an Ogden man in jail.
Officers tell the Standard-Examiner Eugene Martinez began fighting with his 17-year-old son about the hubcaps when the boy tried to take them last week. He started choking the boy, and someone called police.
When the officers arrived, they found the boy lying in the street. They had to wrestle Martinez to the ground to take him into custody.
Martinez now faces charges of intentionally inflicting serious physical injury to a child and interfering with an arrest.
