(KSL News) New information this morning about the man who killed himself after a high-speed chase in Vernal.

Todd Murray had a $20,000 warrant out for his arrest. The Salt Lake Tribune reports Murray was wanted for failing to appear in court on drug possession charges.

Murray and a 17-year-old driver led police on a high-speed chase Sunday. When the chase ended, Murray fired two shots at officers then shot himself.

The driver was arrested. His name has not been released.
