SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- University of Utah seismologists say a minor earthquake struck southern Utah's Capitol Reef National Park.
The magnitude 3.6 quake was reported at 9 a.m. Sunday. The epicenter was 19 mile northeast of Boulder and 24 miles southeast of Torrey.
University officials say the quake was felt in Torrey, Teasdale and Boulder.
This earthquake is the latest in a series of aftershocks from a magnitude 3.9 earthquake that occurred in the same area on April 14.
Eight earthquakes of magnitude 3.0 or greater have been recorded in that area since 1962.
The largest was a 4.3 temblor in 1963.
