Ingredients:
1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 15 oz can of enchilada sauce
2 c. cooked chicken breast, diced
1 c. cheddar cheese
3 1/2 c. tortilla chips, crushed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place all the ingedients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture in a greased 1.5 quart casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Serves 3. Add rice or sour cream and salsa!
