BEAR RIVER CITY, Utah (AP) -- Gov. Gary Herbert is scheduled to dedicate a Proctor & Gamble manufacturing plant in northern Utah.
Cincinnati-based Procter & Gamble will employ 300 people making Charmin and Bounty products at the plant about 60 miles north of Ogden.
Herbert was scheduled to cut a ribbon in Bear River City early Monday afternoon.
The plant was the scene of a construction mishap 13 months ago when a small section of the roof collapsed, injuring three workers.
