Spicy Road Trip Snack Mix

Makes about 25 cups
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups Rice Chex (3.5 ounces)
3 1/2 cups Wheat Chex (5.5 ounces)
3 1/2 cups Corn Chex (3.5 ounces)
7 1/2 ounces Cheerios
4 1/2 ounces thin pretzels
6 ounces Spanish peanuts
2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon bacon grease
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 tablespoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (with salt)
Instructions:
In a large roasting pan, add the cereals, pretzels and peanuts and set aside.
