SALT LAKE CITY — KSL College Football Pick'em wrapped up its fourth season on Monday as Clemson throttled Alabama 44-16 to claim the 2018-19 National Championship trophy.

USC fan Ted Edwards finished first overall, ending with a 60-16 record and 2,180 points, earning a $500 gift card courtesy the Karl Malone Auto Group.

"I’ve played (KSL Pick'em) each of the last three years and love the great competition it provides," Edwards told KSL.com. "I want to thank God for the inspiration I received on each of these games picked. I could not have won this competition without his help. Thank you KSL for sponsoring (KSL) Pick’em along with the Karl Malone Auto Group."

KSL Pick'em had its most participants ever this season, with 8,714 users vying for the coveted top spot in the overall leaderboard. BYU fan Ben Kirk finished just two points behind Edwards for second place, while Utah fan David Shern landed third with 2,168 points. Kirk and Shern will receive $250 and $100 gift cards, respectively, courtesy the Karl Malone Auto Group.

BYU fans swept the bowl week prizes, with Jared LeBaron, RD Jackson and Randal Vahsholtz earning $100, $75 and $50 gift cards, respectively, courtesy the Karl Malone Auto Group.

BYU fans also had the best average score during bowl week, earning an average of 42.6 points per game. But it wasn't enough to shake up the fan base standings, with Utah State finishing first with 22 points per game, Utah finishing second with 21.5 points, and BYU third with 21.1.
