WACO, Texas (AP) — No. 11 Baylor held on for another win against a ranked team. Mark Vital blocked Kamar Baldwin's potential go-ahead shot with 1.5 seconds left and the Bears beat No. 18 Butler 53-52. It was the second win in a row, and third this season, by Baylor over a Top 25 team. Butler became the third team Tuesday night to lose for the first time. No. 1 Louisville and No. 4 Maryland both lost earlier in the evening. That leaves only five undefeated Division I teams.

LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) — Devon Dotson had 22 points along with nine assists to help No. 2 Kansas to an easy 95-68 win over Wisconsin-Milwaukee on Tuesday night. Ochai Agbaji also had 22 points while Udoka Azubuike had 15 points and 17 rebounds for the Jayhawks, who ran their home win streak to 26 games. They used a 40-12 run to start the game and basically put it away. Darius Roy led the Panthers with 25 points while leading scorer Te'Jon Lucas was held to just 11.

NEW YORK (AP) — This year's College Football Hall of Fame class has no Heisman Trophy winners. Vince Young of Texas, Darren McFadden of Arkansas and Lorenzo White of Michigan State were all contenders for the award. Young launched an era of dual-threat quarterbacks. McFadden was a running back at the time of the QB revolution. White was at his best as a sophomore when the Heisman was always went to upperclassmen. Had they played at different times, maybe their Heisman campaigns would have gone differently. This year's Heisman will be awarded on Saturday.

UNDATED (AP) — College football always needs an argument when it comes to the postseason. This year, it was whether LSU or Ohio State should be the top seed in the four-team playoff. Four was enough this season to accommodate the teams worthy of a crack at the national championship. Maybe more than enough. Expansion still seems inevitable, even though it has become apparent over the first six seasons of the playoff that it is just not needed to crown a deserving champion.
