ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Charles Matthews made a baseline floater at the buzzer to lift No. 5 Michigan to a 59-57 win over Minnesota after the Golden Gophers scored 10 straight points to tie the game late. On the final possession, Iggy Brazdeikis drove to the basket and had his shot blocked by Eric Curry, but the ball bounced right to Matthews and he had time to release a shot that went high in the air and dropped through with no time remaining.

EVANSTON, Ill. (AP) — Aaron Falzon scored a career-high 21 points and matched one with six 3-pointers to lead Northwestern to a 73-66 victory over struggling Indiana on Tuesday night. Falzon made 6 of 7 from beyond the arc.

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (AP) — Former Baylor guard Alexis Morris is transferring to No. 14 Rutgers. The 5-foot-6 guard from Beaumont, Texas, will have three years of eligibility remaining when she starts playing next January. Morris averaged 9.4 points, 3.4 assists and 2.9 rebounds in 34 games as a freshman for the Lady Bears.

UNDATED (AP) — Tennessee is to face Vanderbilt again in its first game as nation's No. 1 in 11 years. The Vols lost to the Commodores a day after reaching No. 1 for the first time in 2008. This time, the Vols are hoping for a different outcome and a longer stay at No. 1.

MOBILE, Ala. (AP) — Will Grier became a star quarterback at West Virginia, but knows NFL teams also want his take on what happened at Florida. Grier received a yearlong suspension in 2015 as a redshirt freshman for violating the NCAA's policy on performance-enhancing drugs.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Former Michigan star Rashan Gary is the founder and CEO of his own sports agency, fulfilling a vision he had as a high school star in New Jersey. The defensive end who is expected to be one of the top picks in the upcoming draft has already recruited one NFL prospect to Rashan Gary Sports. He hopes to land more players from other sports, too, by promoting the agency as a way athletes can make the most out of their earning potential. He says his agency is out to change the game.
