Michael Walker's attorney Birney Bervar tells The Associated Press his client plans to plead guilty Monday. Walker was accused of conspiring with his lover to make his wife's death look like a burglary.
In 2015, Ailsa Jackson pleaded guilty to murder, describing in court how she stabbed Catherine Walker and then waited a half-hour to make sure she was dead.
Prosecutors say Jackson and Michael Walker began an affair after meeting online and discussed carrying out the killing while Walker was at work.
