GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) — A 34-year-old Idaho man has pleaded not guilty in a Wyoming court to six counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor.

The Gillette News Record reports (http://bit.ly/2eoSgUv ) that Timothy B. Duelke, of Shoshone, Idaho, entered the plea during his arraignment in District Court last week.

Authorities say the charges against Duelke stem from when he lived in Gillette in 2009 and 2010.

An investigation had started in 2010 but was stalled when Duelke left Gillette. The case was reopened in December when an attorney called the Campbell County Sheriff's Office about an unrelated case.

Investigators tracked down a woman who says she was younger than 18 when she had sexual relations with Duelke and became pregnant.

According to court papers, DNA tests confirm Duelke is the child's father.
