This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank, speaking on business.

The rate of ecommerce has been steadily climbing in the last few years, and this year mobile search is expected to overtake traditional desktop search. According to Google's mobile Path to Purchase Report, of the 33 percent of searchers who start on branded websites, 27 percent are on automotive sites. That's great news for Randy Sobey (so-bee) and Todd Lutes of eMotorsWest whose automotive dealership is Internet-based.

Buying a car over the Internet isn't a new idea. But with eMotorsWest, they're taking the virtual car-buying experience up a notch, with better service and delivery right to your front door. Delivery service includes anywhere in the United States giving them an extensive customer base.

The team at eMotorsWest, which has years of experience in the auto industry, understands that buying a car is a major investment, so they want to make the process as smooth as possible. Years of stress on the new car lot have led to a generation of car buyers who want something more personal when searching for the right car, which is what Todd and Randy offer. They have extensive selection in their online store, two physical locations, in Sacramento and now Caldwell, Idaho, and cars bought online are delivered right to your door.

About 90 percent of their vehicles come with a 3,000-mile, 90-day warranty. And before the car is sold it's already been through an extensive 132-point inspection to make sure it's ready to be taken off the lot. This is done on every car, so they know when they put eMotors' name on a product, it's going to be a quality ride. Extended warranties and service contracts are always offered and can be purchased without pressure.

Being virtual also allows eMotorsWest to carry an inventory that appeals to a wider variety of drivers. Their market isn't limited by location or by geography. Truly, anyone in the country could find a car or truck online, buy it and have it delivered to their door. It's what gives eMotorsWest an advantage in a very competitive market.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
