SALT LAKE CITY — Ziggy Ansah's meteoric rise in the NFL draft has taken him from preseason unknown, to a possible top 5 NFL draft pick. Here is a condensed version of what the pundits say.

BYU hasn't had a player drafted in the top 10 (and subsequently the top 5) since Jim McMahon was selected with the 5th overall pick by the Chicago Bears. No other Cougar has been selected in the top 10 (Steve Young was selected first by Tampa Bay in the 1985 NFL supplemental draft).

Here are the landing spots from experts around the country.

Peter King - Sports Illustrated - 2nd to Jaguars

Doug Farrar - Yahoo Sports - 2nd to Jaguars

Todd McShay - ESPN - 5th to Detroit

Mel Kiper Jr. - ESPN - 5th to Detroit

Josh Norris - NFL Network - 7th to Cardinals

Mike Mayock - NFL Network - 5th to Detroit

Mike Florio - Pro football talk (NBC Sports) - 5th to Detroit

Jason La Canfora -CBS Sports NFL Insider - 15th to Saints

Rob Rang -CBS Sports- 5th to Detroit

Dave Brugler -CBS Sports- 5th to Detroit

Pat Kirwan -CBS Sports- 5th (believes #2 Jags and #5 Lions will swap picks)

Pete Prisco -CBS Sports- 3rd to Raiders

Peter Schrager - Fox Sports - 6th to the Browns

The draft starts at 5pm MT.
