SALT LAKE CITY — Let's be honest, you're probably watching some random basketball game instead of reading this article. Yes, March Madness is here and we're all excited to see who loses in the office bracket challenge. After all, Bucknell could bust some brackets, so why not watch, right? (Really, Bucknell?)

Well, if you're still with me, either there's a lull in your TV watching or you're actually interested in what I'm about to write (I'll assume it's the latter to avoid any awkwardness). However, this is probably laden with eroorrs and tyops because I'm typing while watching the tournament.

Forbes.

Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc, a global outplacement firm, studied the work weeks coinciding with March Madness and found that employee productivity significantly drops during the first two days of the tournament. And while this loss of productivity may sound bad, another survey, conducted by OfficeTeam, found that March Madness may actually improve office morale.

"They can be a morale-booster and bring out team spirit in the office," Robert Hosking, executive director of OfficeTeam, told Forbes. "It provides an opportunity for employees to bond as they talk about scores and root for their favorite schools."

Cavs fan rushes the court

The Miami Heat made a remarkable 27-point comeback against the Cleveland Cavaliers Wednesday night, edging the Cavs, 98-95, to extend their winning streak to 24 games. However, whenever LeBron James comes back to Cleveland, something crazy or bizarre is likely to happen.

Midway through the fourth quarter, with the Heat on defense, a fan in a white shirt that read "We Miss You, LeBron" rushed the court and stalled the game. Security quickly apprehended the fan, while James gave the fan a little pat on the head.

It's a rare sight in basketball, but it occasionally it happens. At least no one got hurt.

Kentucky trolled

Oh, how the great have fallen. Last time this year, Kentucky was on its way to winning the NCAA Tournament with a roster full of NBA talent. However, this year, Kentucky didn't quite make it to the NCAA Tournament, instead making it to the NIT Tournament.

Ranked as the No. 1 team in the tournament, Kentucky was forced to go on the road to play Robert Morris. Unfortunately for Kentucky, Robert Morris pulled off a big 59-57 win to send the defending champions home packing.
