It's one of the most popular items on the menu, bringing back customers to the Sonora Grill for the last seven years. Corporate Manager, Jessica Johns, demonstrates how to make their signature tableside guacamole and guacamole trio.
Tableside Guacamole
2 large Hass avocados
Dash of kosher salt
Lime juice (about 2/3 one lime)
Tsp white diced onions
Tsp serrano peppers
Tsp cilantro
Tsp tomatoes
To make your own guacamole trio, try adding cotija cheese and bacon, pineapple and cucumber or almond and morita peppe.
