Happy national ravioli day! Celebrate today's food holiday by enjoying a delicious ravioli meal. Chef Vanina from the kitchen of Cucina Vanina shows us how to make a savory and sweet ravioli meal.
Ravioli Dough (serves 6 people)
3 eggs
400 Gr. flour
water q.s.
salt
DIRECTIONS: Mix flour, eggs and salt. Don't add water right away because sometimes the eggs are sufficient.
Artichoke & Shrimps Ravioli filling (serves 6 people)
2 can of artichoke heart
one small red onion
6 shrimps
1 cup of ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of parmigiana
DIRECTIONS: Saute the artichoke and the red onion in a little bit of olive oil. Add the shrimps. Cook for 5 min. Pour everything in a blender with the ricotta and parmesan cheese. Mix and your filling is ready.
In a pan you start again with olive oil, garlic, red onion. Add artichoke hearts, salute for 5 min. Add fresh basil. In the mean time boil the ravioli in water when they are coming up take it out and add in the pan with the artichokes.
Chocolate, Strawberry & banana Ravioli filing (serves 6 people)
6 big Strawberry
2 bananas
chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS: Lay down the ravioli dough, fill in with chocolate chips. Close it and boil it. Place it in a plate and cover it with cut fresh fruit, whipping cream and everything else you love!!!
