A husband and wife team from Logan have built the ultimate outdoor water toy that your whole family can enjoy just in time for summer.
The Water Constructor or Snap & Splash Outdoor Water Building Toy was created by Steven and Damaris Kjar. They're engineering grads from Utah State and BYU, respectively. They created this toy that is so easy that their four year old can build with it.
