Weber State University's cross-country and track programs officially have a "first couple," and they go by the names of Christian and Summer Allen. In the space of two weeks, they have each earned All-American and broken school records in the 5,000-meters.

Thousands of individuals and families in need made their way to the Smith's Ballpark parking lot in Salt Lake City on Wednesday for the Crossroad Urban Center's annual turkey giveaway. Nearly 3,000 meals were given away to those in need.

On Nov. 7, Tommy Rivers Puzey crossed the finish line of the New York City Marathon just one year after learning how to walk again following a sudden rare cancer diagnosis that nearly took his life. Many here in Utah watched from afar as he battled and conquered.
