Neal, Toure lead UT-Martin past Cumberland 63-7

MARTIN, Tenn. (AP) — Jarod Neal threw for 199 yards and three touchdowns, Abou Toure ran for 123 yards and two scores, and Tennessee-Martin cruised to a 63-7 victory over Cumberland on Thursday night.

Neal's 8-yard scoring pass to Corey Jordan put Tennessee-Martin up 7-0 early in the first quarter. The Skyhawks (1-2) added four touchdowns in the second quarter. Toure had a 3-yard run, Kevin Anderson caught an 18-yard TD pass from Neal and Trent Garland had a 15-yard scoring run.

Dylan Favre, nephew of former NFL star Brett Favre, had an 8-yard touchdown pass to William Tanner in the final minute of the first half to make it 35-0. Favre, who finished 11 for 13 passing for 103 yards, added a 1-yard touchdown run midway through the third quarter.

Michael Green's 41-yard reception early in the third quarter got Cumberland (1-1) on the scoreboard.
