WACO, Texas (AP) — Baylor forward Natalie Chou has decided to transfer and has been granted her release from the school after two seasons with the Big 12 champion Lady Bears.
Coach Kim Mulkey announced the move Monday.
Chou started 21 of her 64 games with Baylor, though she missed seven games this year because of a broken bone in her non-shooting left wrist. The 6-foot-4 Chou averaged 5.5 points and 1.9 assists per game in her career.
After returning from the injury, Chou played 35 minutes in her last six games without scoring. She was 0-for-8 shooting, all but one of those 3-point attempts. That included missing all three shots while playing 16 minutes in the season-ending 72-67 loss to Oregon State in the NCAA Sweet 16.
