NEW YORK (AP) — Lost Raven edged Takrees by a neck Saturday in the $118,750 Cicada Stakes for 3-year-old filly sprinters at Aqueduct.

The 9-1 shot took advantage of a poor effort by 1-10 favorite Constellation to pull the upset.

Manny Franco hustled Lost Raven to the front and they dictated the pace throughout the six furlongs in 1:12.08 over the fast track.

Lost Raven improved to 3 for 7 for trainer Todd Pletcher, paying $21.80 and $50.50.

Takrees returned $36 to place. Anydayismyday was third, followed by Constellation, dominant winner of a pair of Aqueduct stakes in her previous two outings.

Constellation sat second, stalking Lost Raven until she drifted wide and faded in the lane.

There was no show wagering on the four-horse field.
