WASHINGTON (AP) — A possible No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament could be on the line as well as the ACC title when No. 4 Virginia takes on 7th-ranked North Carolina in the championship game. The Cavaliers last won the tournament title in 2014. North Carolina has reached the title game for the fifth time in six years, but is 0-4 in that span.
NEW YORK (AP) — Third-ranked Villanova will be looking to wrap up its second straight Big East title when it faces Seton Hall in the title game. The third-seeded Pirates are making their first appearance in the title game since 1993.
UNDATED (AP) — League-leading Golden State and Southwest Division-leading San Antonio will try to keep their home records spotless in NBA play tonight. The Warrriors take a 29-0 home mark into their game with Phoenix while the Spurs are a league-best 31-0 at home heading into their game against Oklahoma City.
DALLAS (AP) — For the second night in a row, Dallas will host a conference foe with first place in the NHL's Central Division on the line. The conference-leading Stars host St. Louis. Dallas goes into the game with a one-point lead over the Blues.
