TRELAZE, France (AP) — Caroline Garcia will face Kiki Bertens and Kristina Mladenovic will play Richel Hogenkamp on Saturday in the opening singles matches when France takes on the Netherlands in the Fed Cup semifinals.
Reverse singles will be on Sunday followed by a doubles match, with French pair Alize Cornet and Pauline Parmentier scheduled to play Cindy Burger and Arantxa Rus.
France beat the Netherlands in the final the last time they played in 1997, which is also the last time the Dutch reached the semifinals.
France's other title was in 2003. The French lost to Russia in the final two years later.
