SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Led by Justice Smith's 20 points, the East Tennessee State Buccaneers defeated the Wofford Terriers 73-71 in a Southern Conference opener. The Buccaneers are now 5-9 on the season, while the Terriers dropped to 8-6.
