CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) — Ledarrius Brewer hit three-straight free throws with seven seconds left in the game to lift Southeast Missouri State to a 72-69 victory over Division II Missouri Science & Technology on Tuesday night.

The game was the 134th meeting between the schools and the first meeting in 18 years. The Redhawks now have won the last 13 straight meetings.

Ervin Sarajlic got to the basket with :24 left and converted to put the Miners in front, 69-68, but CJ Hedgepeth fouled Brewer in the backcourt. Jonathan Dalton hit the front of a one-and-one as time expired to set the final margin.

Brewer finished with 20 points and 11 rebounds to lead Southeast Missouri State (4-3). Skyler Hogan added 14 points as the Redhawks shot 29 of 59 from the field (49.2 percent), including 8 of 24 from distance.

Hedgepeth scored 28 points and Sarajlic added another13 points and grabbed eight boards for Missouri S&T.
