PINE BLUFF, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas-Pine Bluff bounced back from a big loss, shutting out Concordia Alabama 31-0 on Saturday night.
The Golden Lions (1-1) of the Southwestern Athletic Conference were routed 65-0 on the road last week at Texas State. But against the Hornets (0-1), Arkansas-Pine Bluff had no problem, rolling to a 17-0 lead at halftime.
The Hornets from Selma, Alabama, are members of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association.
