EL PASO, Texas — Led by Tyrone Marshall's 16 points, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers defeated the UTEP Miners 80-73 on Thursday night. The Hilltoppers improved to 16-12 with the victory and the Miners fell to 17-11.
