FAIRFAX, Va. — Keyshawn Hall scored 22 points as George Mason beat Saint Louis 79-67. Hall added eight rebounds for the Patriots, who won their sixth straight game. Ronald Polite scored 19 points and Amari Kelly added 13. Gibson Jimerson led the way for the Billikens with 20 points.
