EDINBURG, Texas — Led by Elijah Elliott's 21 points, the UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros defeated the Incarnate Word Cardinals 77-74. The Vaqueros are now 4-9 on the season, while the Cardinals moved to 4-8.
