BOONE, N.C. — Led by Sean Durugordon's 25 points, the Old Dominion Monarchs defeated the Appalachian State Mountaineers 78-77 on Wednesday night. The Monarchs are now 10-12 on the season, while the Mountaineers fell to 12-9.
